My perspective was shaped across both frontline operations and institutional finance—from H-E-B Grocery and Walt Disney World to Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. At Goldman Sachs, I supported a credit facility of approximately $20 billion and helped lead a $5 million technology transformation across roughly 140 funds.
That experience taught me how to connect leadership priorities with the realities of the people doing the work.
SkyRod Ventures starts with the business outcome: stronger growth, better margins, improved cash flow, faster execution, or better decisions. Then we determine which lever—people, process, data, automation, or AI—can create the most value.
